Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the Nature of our Products, All Sales outside of our Return/Exchange period are Final. No Refunds will be issued at all, ONLY STORE CREDIT.

At Beautiful Attraction LLC (abeautifula.com) we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All of our hair is prepared and professionally packaged and thoroughly inspected before shipping. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. If we verify and agree that the product is defective in any way, we will then exchange or replace the item. If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item in addition to shipping for the new order.

 

You have (3) days to return/ exchange your order. ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS RECIEVED FROM Beautiful Attraction LLC (abeautifula.com). WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. FOR ALL RETURNS YOU WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT. Under no circumstances will we accept any hair bundle back if alterations or changes have been made to the hair. According to Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used.We adhere to these strict policies. Note: Perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Exchange/ Return Policy.

Our products are guaranteed for quality and satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with the unused product and you wish to exchange, please contact us by phone at 346-377-2777 or email at beautifulattractionllc@gmail.com with Return/Exchange in subject. You will be required to cover the cost for shipping unless we are at fault. You are responsible for the package until it is returned back to our warehouse. For all exchanges we will not process any exchanges until we have received the order back into our warehouse and have inspected the merchandise to verify it is in the original condition. If hair is found not to be in original condition no exchange will be honored. If we do not receive the order back or postmarked before the (3) day period we will not process any exchanges.

If you notice mistakes with your order once the product has been shipped to you, please contact us within (3) days.
