Shipping Policy (Beautiful Attraction LLC) is not responsible for any lost/damage packages after they have been signed for. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to (Beautiful Attraction LLC). We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.

Standard Shipping

Once your order is placed, processed successfully and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please do not hesitate to call or email us so we can provide one for you.  We do not refund any abandoned shipments or shipments returned due to a bad address.

Failed or Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please Double Check the address information BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER.  Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order must be shipped to the billing address linked to your method of payment. If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing address, you will be asked to send to complete a Card Authorization form along with sending in a copy of your photo ID. (THIS IS TO PROTECT OUR CUSTOMERS AS WELL AS Beautiful Attraction LLC (  FROM FRAUD AND IDENTITY THEFT) If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed A $50 change of address fee.  If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

When to Refuse Shipment w/o Restocking Fee

Please examine the contents of your package before signing for it. We ship in three different packages.If the package is evenly flat, deflated, or seems hollow, please refuse the package.

Delayed Shipping

If you need your order for a special occasion please complete your purchase in advance to allow for unanticipated delays with shipping. Beautiful Attraction LLC ( is not liable for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Government holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We ship FEDEX, UPS and USPS. We expect them to deliver your package on time. We also provide a tracking number for your convenience, which can be viewed online via the selected shippers website. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Lost Shipments

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately at 346-377-2777 We will contact the shipping carrier right away to trace the package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent.

 International Shipments

For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping outside of the US will be $25 per bundle. All International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees (including shipping fees) or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
